Responsibilities

• Organise and lead brainstorm sessions

• Manage a team of creatives throughout the ideation and pre-production design phase whilst providing a supportive environment

• Create a series Challenge Deck to pitch to production Executives

• Designing all challenges post Challenge Deck Pitch through design program Sketch Up (please refer to below images)

• Write script intros for each challenge

• Work directly with major sporting associations, brands, suppliers and contributors

• Work directly with Production Executives

• Meet tight deadlines, trouble shooting and work in a high pressure environment

• High level informed decision making when prioritising tasks and managing teams

• Collaborate on finished designs with Art Department to ensure each idea fits within budget and build timeframe

• Create a challenge testing week prior to moving to studio, managing a large Rigging team, Art Department and working directly alongside the head Safety Director

• Write Risk Assessments for each challenge prior to testing and editing before the studio record

• Brief and Produce celebrities and sporting talent before each challenge, managing their rehearsals and working directly with their agents.
