Organise and lead brainstorm sessions to create physical challenges and show twists
Manage a team of creatives throughout the ideation and pre-production design phase whilst providing a supportive environment
Worked close with art department and rigging team throughout testing and filming.
Work directly with Production, Channel Executives and TV Host
Meet tight deadlines, trouble shooting and work in a high pressure environment
High level informed decision making when prioritising tasks and managing teams
